HIITSTEP is the multi-award winning HIIT workout designed to provide you with the greatest results in the shortest amount of time to the greatest beats, using only your bodyweight and a STEP.

ZUMBA DANCE
Zumba is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
It takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
BOOTY BLAST
A 40 minute calories burning workout focussed on shaping, lifting and toning the glutes.
STRETCH & TONE
A 45 minute class that focusses on joint mobility and strength by holding isometric exercises to help stabilise
joints. Suitable for all abilities.
